Simmons vs. Lefsetz
The big event yesterday, and which guttersnipe feels (sort of) bad about missing, was the debate between Gene Simmons (of the reality TV series Family Jewels and some ’70s rock band) and Bob Lefsetz. Apparently, Lefsetz—a music industry prognosticator behind “the Lefsetz Letter”—had had enough of Simmons’ constant selling selling selling, and challenged him to this verbal dual.
